If stated in agreement 2month then even after 2 month we still dont get the car, can we report/summon? As they are already violated the agreement itself?. Just asking.

My SA (COE branch) call me just now. He said my car are ready for collection already by next week. But, my loan is not approved yet by the bank? How? hm...

I book mine on 27/11/10 but still got 2 years service. Accept, its only for 1.8 CVT and manual only 1 year free service.
Same thing when I asked about the free service from the dealer. They said ended already. But different when you go to COE (HQ). They said still have. Like the one I said ealier. |
