That is why I will think twice of buying a Proton. The last time I call the I Care number to lodge a complain on warranty for my Waja they also never bother to call you back. I don't know why they never learn. When the Waja was hot when it was 1st launched in the early 2000, their attitude is take it or leave it attitude. I remember waiting 6 months for the car and they delivered the car minus the cover for the seat belt anchors. I think you guys have to be more assertive with them if not it will be the same cock and bull story. Once the car is hot selling customer service is forgotten.
