QUOTE(SothysSaleShop @ Jan 6 2011, 12:57 PM) Good to know now they acknowledge the problem and trying to fix it, waiting is no problem but hope the improvement part will come before 3 year warranty is over.. yup they already notice that..so just waiting they recall back our car..as what they told me the vendor already make new rubber bump stopper with more soft.maybe need to wait about 4 month.. |

QUOTE(Neoz @ Jan 6 2011, 03:43 PM) From the diagram- bump stopper looks like a non-mechanical item, just used to hold the dust boot. Unless its the rubber spring seat which holds the spring. you can change rim..i already ask engineer they all know this problem..they will call by batch...maybe you can go complain at coe to put your name in list..heheAihh dunno la, wait until the parts available and when they sent a letter lah. Meantime, cannot change sport rim. |

QUOTE(Neoz @ Jan 6 2011, 04:42 PM) you just say to counter i want to check absorber...than they test drive with you to confirm sound..actually nothing they repair must waiting improvement part unless you got many time to spent at service center and boring at office..hehe..for fast solution 1.change lancer ori spring which more hard, which will void warranty 2.change tire to low profile which less bump and less spring movement..for sure change rim also..hehe |

QUOTE(SothysSaleShop @ Jan 6 2011, 05:12 PM) I hope they will recall all affected owners for a repair/replacement exercise instead of needing to fill up form or report problem only fix, since it's affecting many people clearly it's a parts performance problem needed to be fixed regardless people complain about the sound or not... should be like that..wait and see lol... |
