i cant remember how much i force to pay to her, but i remember that experience.

i went to pavillon facial first..their staff will treat you superb nice before you sign up anything and they will change their attitude once you had signed up.

1. they are good in sales..promoting and persuading you to pay.

2. Service so so only. dislike the front desk girl...

3. They sent me SMS about a free trial (I am already a member there) and I booked the time and went there. The girl just told me I cant do the free trial and ask me to do other treatment where I need to pay. waste my time and money to go there!!!

if you do see this post, don't go to facial first..opt for a better one! I experienced 7 times services there...sign

I felt soooooooooooooooo disappointed with midvalley facial first.............1 year ago, i was convinced by the consultants there to sign up a package of RM 500+ for 3 treatments (which i am so regret)...

2 weeks ago a friend of mine has called up the midvalley facial first and booked for an appointment for facial for 2 of us on 2nd February 2013, and they said ok no prob (she din ask for the name of that person whom assist to set the appointment date for her, coz she thought everything will be fine)...until 1st February 2013, TIMESQUARE facial first branch called up to confirm our appointment date...we were like WTF....how come timesquare??we booked midvalley (my friend was very sure that she called up midvalley branch coz that is the only number saved in her hp and she called before last time).........

so we started to be a bit upset, but anyhow we though that nvm...we can go to timesquare too....so when the timesquare ppl knew that we signed that package from midvalley branch, they said if we bought from midvalley, we have to go back to midvalley to do the facial (WTF!!!!!!!!thn y at da 1st place they r calling us instead of midvalley branch - can't they check where our package bought from b4 calling us)

Immediately, we called to midvalley branch and check for our appointment, and they said there is no record on our appointment date. We are really upset, as that is the only day we r free to do da facial (we purposely booked 2 weeks in advance to avoid full appointment)-and now we are getting this answer.......so of coz, we complained. The consultant there said ok she will go check and promise to give us a call within that day after checking............

i think all of you might know the ending...and yes, no calls and replies from them ever since........they don't ever bother to call back to give us any answer also......we are really really very upset and disappointed......after finish dis 3 treatments, no way for us to commit facial first anymore.......NEVER EVER!!!!!!!!!!

me too..i won't go Facial First again.. before facial, they pushed me to buy the package 10 times for rm3600[SIZE=7]. i said i got another facial package haven finish. then they pushed me to buy 3 times facial which is rm680[SIZE=7].
this is the first time i went to Facial First, they pushed me to buy package before they make facial for me. it was quite annoying me and finally i refused. because my face is very sensitive, have to see the result first then only decide whether wanna buy or not.
what i bought was groupon voucher cost rm 35 only. but when i reached there, they said the package is diamond peel which is not suitable for my sensitive skin. yes, this one i knew.
but the problem is the voucher showed hydration for 24 hours + neck and face massage + hand treatment. she said the voucher didn't show but the voucher is diamond peel. i felt like getting cheated.
if i know that was diamond peel, i sweared i won't buy it.
the she asked me top up money to do hydration which [/B]rm188[SIZE=7]. i felt angry. then i argued with her why diamond peel have to use machine but it was cheaper than hydration which do not need to use machine.
she said because it is promotion. shittt....ok. after argue with her, i top up another rm60[SIZE=7] to do hydration facial.
after facial, the consultant pushed me again. i said if i want i will get back to her. then she asked me gave some deposit to book the facial. very stupid...
of course i refused her finally.
on next day, i found that my face became red (sensitive) and there was many [SIZE=7]fat grains came out [B]from my face...
i was very angry but luckily i didn't sign the package..

I feel kind a dissapointed with facial first. The service all okay but they are too pushy in making us to buy their product even though we say no and will try to findway until we spend something on their product. Everytime i go to the appointment, i have to end up buy their product which i dont even think necessary yet for my age. When ever i already brought that one, and there is new product that they want to sell, they will say Owh the earlier product is not that good. I feel kind a cheated. Maybe i should just be rude to them after this after reading all this review haha

Alamak! I just went there. Is it so terrible? Btw, you guys pergi outlet yang mana? Can I know? They add 3ml moisturizer and charged me RM80 more. I'm okay with it since I think that I have see the result first, because I have a very sensitive skin. I told them not to 'solve' my acne but yet they say they still have to do it.

I just paid for the next appointment. But it cost RM80 only. I paid half and for me 80 is reasonable. However, the moisturizer suits me. So, I bought it for RM198. Maybe I'll stop after the second session. If their products give good result on my skin then I've to come back. But just to purchase the product.

Hopefully I don't have to face such problems like what most of you did. Hmm... my QUESTION is should I go back and finish my second treatment or should I just let go my half paid treatment?

Sometimes these types of franchises are kind of dangerous.I almost wanted to try out the Penang branch.Kind of scared now

Besides their hard sell technique, their beauticians and facial experience are pretty good. Most importantly I can see improvement in my skin( previously was dull and acne scars). Also, contrary to what many are saying here in the forum, they never did push me to buy their products. In fact, they encouraged me to continue with my own products unless they are not helping. I don't know maybe they have changed their approach?

Why you not complain to Kementerian..this is serious issue wor...Later lots people complain baru you guys get guts to complain..Bring all the receipt and all prove..

One of my friends told me few months ago about a facial place in Midvalley. She bought it on Groupon and decided to go for one facial. She ended up not enjoying the facial because throughout the whole treatment, they were trying to push her to get more things from them and they don't accept the answer No.

So that was the most horrible facial she had. I do not know of the name of the facial Place. But very positive it is Midvalley. So i dont go to any Midvalley facial stores hehe. Just to be safe.

I'm with Bizzy body n facial first for 2years. It's kinda disappointing to realize the service is not as professional as I thought, not to mention the overwhelming dearly price of treatments. A few comments before I quit facial first:

1) consultant examine our skin by merely using a machine. Anyone even those inexperienced ones can do why need a so-called professional?
2) consultant n beautician keep changing from time to time. They don't really continue the follow up properly. Each time different consultant will suggest different regimen. I lost confidence in them.
3) my skin is oily-combination type initially. ACCT treatment was recommended and I've been doing the same treatment continuously. Until my skin turns become dry type and that's when they recommend me to take a new package hydration range. Ohya, that's called professional? Another consultant told me that supposedly ACCT should be alternate with hydration range so it won't make the skin too dry. So whose fault now??

Money-back guarantee? No way of course.

What now? The consultant ask me to sign up another package as maintenance. Please, I'm fed up already as I told. Once I finish up all my treatment, I'm going to quit. Even small independent saloon can do better and at an affordable reasonable price.

Hi ladies, just wanna share my experience here.

I went to 3 beauty salons before. One is Impress Esteem, 2nd is Skin Town, 3rd is Beautelogy Lounge. All in Puchong as I stay nearby.

After 1 year with Impress Esteem, I stopped going as the treatments didn't work well for me. I had sensitive + acne + oily skin so it was quite tough to treat. Bought RM1k+ products but didn't improve my skin condition.

Then I tried Skin Town as I bought a Groupon voucher. Not much pushy sales; beautificians will just asking you whether you are interested in some products, you can say no and they won't push any further. Some of their products are really good. Before I found the next salon, Skin Town was a salon which I considered as offering premium service. (4.5 star)

But the best one is still Beautelogy Lounge, package is more affordable than Skin Town and service is top quality; zero pushy sales (didn't even ask me buy any product so far). For RM68, you get to try a 2.5-hour Tailor-Made Facial. The beautician will look at your skin condition and customize the treatment to suit your skin needs. I'll give it a 5 star because I could fall asleep in peace there but not in other salons and the treatments are very effective.

I've tried 3-5 other salons, most of the "beauty consultants" have horrible attitude and just want to make $$$$.

Do not go to Adonis at Aeon Bkt Tinggi branch as well, the beautician, called Alice is somehow rude and pushy. I made a wrong decision buying a serum from them after they chat for almost an hours in a heaty room. The products I bought might be good, but they oversell it and hv no technical knowledge at all. They sell a 15ml serum for RM440, but I found it online at price less than RM 200. Some more they cheated the origin of products. DR.PGA TIF-C Lightening serum 靓白原液15ML is origin from Taiwan Winston Medical Supply Co., Ltd., but they told me it is manufactured in Singapore. Never buy their products!

However, the branch at Cheras Selatan is quite good, they are not that pushy and understand customer need.

Same experience as you. But mine is at New York Skin Solution Puchong. They all do pushy sales. I also signed up for a facial package cost me RM4k. And after the 2nd or 3rd session, they started asking me to upgrade my package to something else. And upgrade here will means paying additional few thousands. I really hate all of them.

I had bad experience at facial first mid valley.

I bought my first trial facial from setia city mall roadshow , it was cheap like rm 38. So my bf and I bought. Anyway there were a limited time to use it (expiry 31 may 2016) , the nearest and available place is mid valley. I called up and ask them when is the next available weekend. They said them his particular Saturday at 2 pm. I agreed. 3 days before the appt, they called and I confirmed.

When I arrived , they told me actually they don't take appt on that day. With unpleasant tone , this is because they have a special event for a particular treatment. I was a bit unhappy at this point. The consultant was also unhelpful in helping me to change. This is my first time here btw.

During the facial , it was painful and it was not refreshing as promised to me. She was pushy and even lied to me that she din do sales. During the facial , she was commenting on my skin on how bad was it. The way she explained to me was like an insult such as " omg , u got wrinkles and your face got excessive oil production that is why it is bad. You use wrong facial and skin care products. "

When I decided not to purchase any packages , they keep us in a hot room. I din buy of course and the service was even worse after that .

Bubble gum wax pulak, beri harga Rm29.00 konon nya untuk wax. Bila sudah siap, mereka paksa saya Rm100 !!!
Semua penipu saja.

Anyone know facialnfirst still exiat.. I still have few session with them.
