For IT certification course psmb provide 3 courses
- MCSE
- LSA
- CCNP

MCSE will cover mostly on software networking.... stuff like dhcp, active directory,dns, and etc etc will be taught in tht course.... there are 7 paper all together after passing first 2 you will become MCP certified, upon passing 2 or 3 more paper (is it? lyk) you will be MCSA certified and upon completing and passing all 7 paper you will be MCSE - Microsoft Certified Sys Engineer.

LSA will be on linux/unix based. Not too sure bout the detail of this course... sorry can't help much here... but if you are serious into unix/linux why not go for it?

CCNP will be on hardware networking. You will learn ineternetwork, configuring router, switch, designing netowrk, and etc etc... there are 5 paper in total, CCNA 1 paper and 4 CCNP paper... passing rate is 849/1000... Just like what my trainer always tell us... CCNP is not easy it is tough... not to scare us but to get us more prepare for the exam...

Hey SLG fella, why not we list down our own training center and rate it here? and then give your comment on that center? whether it is good or bad doesn't matter, reason for doing this is to let those who are about to register for training under SLG have a better view and better option which it come to choosing the RIGHT center to join and not ended up in center which have the don't care and focusing on getting $ only........

Well CCNA is tough but not to the extend where it is impossible to pass...
Most of the certified exam do have 1 or few simulation question and this simulation carry heavier mark among all (maybe around 100 - 150 mark) and the passing score for CCNA is 850/1000... So you don't know how to do the simulation then you are in great danger.... cause you must make sure you get all the other question correct.....

Overall it is not that tough, don't get scared by what people said, just believe in yourself... My advice is to study the entire ccna book, don't skip even a single sentence cause that sentence might be the question you will get during the exam. Go through the book, understand it, read on simulation question like testking, lookup for the ACCURATE answer, and never really trust testking answer, refer to the book again while going through testking... then you should be able to pass....

He attended LPI 1 and 2 already... only thing left is to sit for both the exam... but really curious with LPI can get so much... any idea what is his starting pay?

You know what? I appplied for this skim three times. The first time was when I got a call last December saying that I have been selected to join this skim (I have no idea how'd they get my phone no. though). A few days later they e-mailed me the form. I filled it up and mail it to them before the new year (I chose to do this english program because I'm not interested in the rest). In January I got another e-mail which is the same form saying that I have been selected to join the skim and asking me to fill up the application. I called the center and told them that I've already sent the form last month and I asked if they've received it. They say they'll check and call me back but they never did.
  In the same month I applied two more times. I went to Medan Avenue (near KLCC)to submit my first application and to Cosmopoint in Kota Raya to submit the other one. A few days later a guy from Medan Avenue called me saying that they can't register me because I've already registered before. And I thought they didn't receieved my last registration. And a few days ago I got a call from Cosmopoint saying that the program that I wanted to do (Web designing)was full and they asked if I wanted to take CISCO instead since there are still seats available. I told them I don't mind doing CISCO. So they said they'll register me. And I thought my last registration got rejected?
Hmmmm....

Will they call you to tell you that you've been selected and should come to class?
