No surprises there. One of OCBC core values is "prudent risk taking". The other prudent lender HSBC has "conservative lending policy" as their values...they really hammer this into their employees brains.

Other banks don't have this as their value so their risk appetite is greater.


But if I'm not mistaken OCBC accepts applicants with clean records bc my friend just joined workforce gt her OCBC Ti recently...

Try asking for assistance via their online feedback form. This goes directly to the product owner. They're def more helpful and competent than the CSE.
