OCBC Mas Tit

1. Called to check with another CS and was told that once the statement is changed, the user is not entitled to any other promotion in the future. However, the cash rebate is still available.

2. I have lost out on the cash rebate as I did not know that the capping for 1 % is only RM20, so rugi RM10. Total rebate for this month is 98.25. anyone manages to get full RM120?

I am now monitering the DA/CIMB's Smart Flexi Pay promotion, which ends on 31.12.2010. Hopefully, it will be extended like last time as i have alot of instalments which need to be done.

for me, it will be continue. but, maybe the 1 time upfront fee will be different. hopefully lower?

p/s: pbebank 12month 1 time fee is only 1.5%, while alliance is 0%!  whistling.gif

nope, there is nt processing fees for the Smart Flexi Pay (for insurance, hospital and tuisyen fees). which is why, i am still using and holding DA until they decide to cancel this promotion.

notice that HLB and CIMb are offering free smart tag promotions but stil have to pay GSt50, meaning it is not free at all.

of course, compare to getting the smart tag which costs ard RM120 is still slighly cheaper la..
sigh.

It is actually the same ad as in CIMB/DA, but the expiry date changed to June 2011.
*
it has yet to be updated in the merchant's webside
i love the promotion and it is the sole reason why i am still holding the DA smile.gif

You can always do early payment?
Pay few days in advance enable you to convert to 10 months interest free installment.  tongue.gif
*
i think that cannot be done
as monies will only be credited once it is due for payment

No you will not qualify. The qualifier for this card would be nothing less CL of RM100K.
Anything less don't bother nor the bank will entertain any request.
*
i tot i saw it somewhere in this or if not the earlier post that the promotion is for lesser CL...

I chnaged my OCBC Titanium statement date without noticicing any issues with monthly cashback also. DO NOT WORRY...

p.s. OCBC allow you to choose any statement date you prefer :-)
*
Yes OCBC allows but not to Tit users.

u wil stil get yr cashback but not the additional periodic promotion, which i have been made to understand from 3 CS.

Those periodic promotion you are still entitled, it's just that you may not get the pamphlet (together with your statement) in time to know the promo.
But by reading this thread, you will know before hand also  icon_rolleyes.gif  drool.gif

I've received promo such as Swiss Watch Gallery cocktail invite also.
*
hMMM..
i wonder why they explained otherwise despite checking with 3 different CS at 3 diff occassions as I was warned when i wanted to change the billig date hmm.gif

I know this has been discussed amongst all the Tit owners before.

Nevertheless, still think I am obliged to keep you all updated from the response which I received from the CS just a moment ago pertaining to the cash rebate promotion.

I have been informed that due to the transition period, cash rebate until Dec 2010 is capped at RM120 (RM100+20), while, for 1-11.1.2020 (RM50) and RM50 to continue.

On a diff note, i din expect that documents are required even for the Tit supp card. Sigh.

I'll ask for CL increase when Feb approaches with my latest pay slip. I'll get 50% increment with effective from tomorrow (Jan 1st, 2011). rclxm9.gif

normally the CL is 3 times of our salary
i applied for and got once increased
dare not apply for another once knowing that my current CL is way more than the reasonable CL

hmmmm is my statement CL is 3 times of our salary accurate ? hmm.gif
