I've been rejected last time, but what i do is, i just sent by hand to them a letter of appeal (i stated in the letter why i apply for their card) and it took a week for them to approve my application. Perhaps u can try it?

Drop OCBC Customer Care a note about the rebate calculation.
Eg.
Statement Date : 15 Jan 2011
Billing Cycle : 16 Dec 2010 to 15 Jan 2011 (based on Posting date, not Transaction date)

20 Dec 2010 : Spend RM1000 of Petrol ---> RM50 rebate
25 Dec 2010 : Spend RM1000 of Non-Grocery Shopping ---> RM10 rebate
30 Dec 2010 : Spend RM1000 of Petrol ---> RM50 rebate
02 Jan 2011 : Spend RM1000 of Petrol ---> RM50 rebate

Total rebate received is RM160 which will be credited on 15 Jan 2011.

The CS Officer in-charge mention the above is CORRECT....Thus we can get maximum of RM170 rebates for Dec 2010-Jan 2011 period

hi ronnie,

Why the maximum rebate is at RM170? I thought the maximum rebate we can get is RM120 (before 2011)? or am I overlook about this matter?

Thanks
