I signed up for TM Phone bill autopay and got RM4 rebate. What a great saving.
Where do we sign up for autopay? Need to go to TM or can do it online?

If there's one thing I dont like about OCBC Titanium is the amount of rebate allocated for 1%. Always exceed. I forget and swipe over 2k for 1% and limited to RM20 nia. Still, Im surprised that they waived my wife supp card service tax. However, their calculation is a bit weird. Dont know why they charged RM25.67 n then waived RM25 therefore just need to pay 67cents for service tax. I got RM 83 for rebate and it has to  be the best card ever since my last Shell card.

OCBC Titanium will be the best cashback card ever if it has yearly cap instead of monthly cap. But still one of the best cards available for now.

i need some advice how to handle a unauthorized purchase with my lost credit card case.

Contact ur bank credit card fraud department. After investigation (may take months) they may decide to reimburse you with the loss. Or, if they deem u are responsible, there's a law which states that u only need to pay up to RM250 for the unauthorised purchases. Not sure about the details. For my case, Alliance Bank reimbursed my fraud amount (about 7K).

Don't forget to factor in the timeless bonus points you can use to redeem shopping voucher. The final cash back (inclusive of the shopping voucher redeemed) can be as many as 1.38%.
Not to mention 2x Timeless Bonus Points for overseas spending smile.gif this is my backup card and used after my SCB JustOne cashback is maxed out.

That attendant is simply incompetent. Maybe he was a bit HIGH already.
Why? We can do it either Smiles first or CC first. I've done it Smiles first for years.

Well. Through these years I never encounter a fuel pump that can accept smiles card first. Whenever I put in Smiles card first, the system goes wrong and asks me to see cashier.

By the way, do you always get to pump fuel successfully by putting Smiles Card earlier than cc?

Where's ur location? In PJ and KL areas, the pumps accept the cards in either order. Yes it always works for me. And yes there are points credited to my Smiles card as stated on the receipt. Maybe you can try again.

hello guys

do you all keep you cc statement?> file up?
how many years you keep?
*
I always sign up for paperless statements for my cc and bank accounts. Everything is retrievable online. If I need very old statements, can approach the banks to help, but so far never had the need to do so.

More people should do this. Save resources.

Can we use TBP to redeem cash rebates? I remember someone mentioned that we can, but I can't find it in the list of redemptions:
