Regarding the dispute of RM2999 via the merchant may cause by the credit card info was copy down during payment via physical retail shop especially restaurants and F&B cause the waiter/cashier may copy down and use it online. this happen the credit card which is no compliant with 3D (Verify by Visa / MasterCard Securecode) - currently Citibank, OUB, OCBC and some smaller banks are not compliant.
