Point-based cards will get free pts to redeem; rebate-based cards get what? Free cash straight away?

my card not petronas so got annual fee. they give 3 years free af before.
this year finish, but 1 month before expired they send new card.
i want to cancel. but they offering me another 3 years af and that 10k tp.
dunno why.
BUT, previously i use about rm30k/year and always pay in full.
starting this year (from october, new card issued), no more high spending on this card.
so i wil lterminate it next year, no matter if they offering another 10k tp.

new card, yes cashback.
anniversary, u calculate how much u earn the rebate in previous year and take it to cover the gst.
like winner, already get rm600 for his scb justone. paying tax rm50 still earned rm550

i'm not high spender so not care much about CL.
my current DA plat is double than this mbb. enough already

for eon , Rm50 voucher 12,000 points... just redeemed Rm100 last few days ..

since u a high spender, go apply scb justone card la.
u can already get free annual fee and rm600 max cashback.
pay the gst rm50, u still get rm550
even take it to cover next year gst too, u still get rm500 free.

i didnt even apply mbb visa plat. just bcoz 3 years ago i signed up for palace vacation club, then they make this mbb card for me to pay the membership in 0% installment for 3 years. now finished, dunno what to do
