You need the pin for online shopping, then u can change the pin through "secure code verified by visa&mastercard"

I had a basic savings account with EON Bank last time and they didn't offer us the annual fee free ATM card then. They only started giving this option a few months back. There is a short notice in their website about this change.


What ? If i am not mistaken, you will only be charged RM8 if the vouchers are shipped separately. Otherwise, it should just be RM4. Anyway, may be EON Bank is just different ...

Maybe they don't know what reasons to give anymore since it's system failure, i told them i want to file a dispute, then the staff at bank also call customer service and spoke in the phone for half hours... That is why i terminate the Debit card, somehow the debit card doesn't have any benefits for me as i didn't use it, not even for once i used it.

Perhaps you may want to terminate the EON cc as well to avoid any future disappointment/dispute.

They upgrade my card to Gold card in 3 months period. I won't terminate because they give the free upgrade gold card to me

Speaking of needing the PIN number for the registration of online banking access. It's been more than 2 months since i received my first credit card from Citibank but there is still no sign of my PIN number. I requested a new PIN number to be sent to me twice already (because i assumed the first and second got lost in the mail) but it is still the same. I made the last request 2 weeks ago at their main branch in Jalan Ampang but still, i have not received the PIN number until today. It's driving me mad !!!

You mean the PIN for online shopping? If it is, buzz them 24 hours per week until you get it.

If it is for cash advance, forget about it because you don't need the cash advance, i'd assume

Same goes to me. They didn't call me if I remembered correctly.

There were no calls at all. And I was not in hurry. It just arrived at my doorstep in 5 days.

I guess bank won't call if they trust you and will approve instantly and they will call u to collect card after it is ready

oh.icic.My fren got a call from cimb to verify his details. dunno he can successfully applied or not since he is in a hurry.Does any other forumer apply DA with receiving a call from cimb ?
