last week i call their helpline, want to ask regarding cc, but the cs seems dont know much
ok then i send email to them on 4-jan 09:16
received their reply on 4-jan 09:19! wah so fast! 3 mins only?
oh, the subject is "The email is an auto-reply response from Alliance Bank."
and today 6-jan (2 days later ~), i received emailed from them at 12:08 (PM) with subject of my enquiry "RE: Alliance Platinum MasterCard".
open the email, only got this:
"We have forwarded your enquiry to the relevant department to assist further."
"Should you require further assistance, please email us at info@alliancebg.com.my or call our Contact Centre at 03-5516 9988."
thats the email address i sent to b4, and thats the num i call before.
