Somebody said OCBC will forfeit the card features upon change of statement date.
Better consult CS then only make decision. Think twice.

OMG, thats not fair.

I guess the cash back feature is given based on the system that is set at the first place the card is given out... ?

I don't have the intention of changing the statement date. That's why I don't worry about that, and I don't need to ask CS about this

Alright, i hope for those who want change their statement date, please do take note on this.

I chnaged my OCBC Titanium statement date without noticicing any issues with monthly cashback also. DO NOT WORRY...

p.s. OCBC allow you to choose any statement date you prefer :-)

Thanks for clarifying it

Hi,

I am a holder or HLB Classic Visa and Alliance Bank MasterCard.

How do I actually ask them to increase my credit limit?

Usually how long do they have to process?? Any document needed?

Thanks

ur latest salary slip, usually CL will increase automatic after 1 year, depending on ur spending amount.
