depends on the finelines written in the document but they probably won't it will costs them too much money and too much time to sue you.

When they sue you, they include legal fees in the amount.
So when you lose, you end up paying for their lawyer too.

but the opportunity costs is high when the use their time to sue one out of many customers just bcuz of this. and yes, you will still have to pay or if they have a clause such as if u break the contract agreement. the deposit u paid will not be given back or something similar.
