Yes they can sue you for it.

Sometimes they enggage lawyers for their debt recovery in bulk cases to there is a slim possibility that they will do so.

dont worry much about costs as the amount of costs awarded in the subordinate courts are fixed.

They cant take a bankruptcy proceedings against you before they get judgment and even after that, the debt must be more then RM30,000.
