Can GYM sue a person, Send lawyer letter and take you to CITOS

Hi All,
Can i ask u guys can a GYM sue you or take to CITOS for signing agreement for 1 year and paying up their monthly membership. Fyi,i was very angry with Celebrity Fitness Kepong....every time i go club is full.... so i decided to quit...the club is too small and many members.
