I have my BF order and shipped on 27 Nov 2010 via Expedited Int'l Shipping although I used normal shipping option. However, until today this parcel has not reached me in Kuching yet. Should I email to Amazon for possible lost of parcel? Or, should I wait further?

My other 3 BF parcels have arrived which was shipped around that period too. What's your comment to me?

Custom in Kch released on 28 Dec but only arrived today. So, they are collecting dust in the post office for last 12 days!


One question, is there any time period that you can file a complaint for loss parcel to Amazon? Unlike ebay where it specifically stated 45 days.
