QUOTE(sKyWiR3pT3lTd @ Dec 23 2010, 03:14 PM) A thread opened in Home Entertainment regarding a question on blu-ray. And this is the comment was ! QUOTE(sKyWiR3pT3lTd @ Dec 23 2010, 03:29 PM) Probably he can't afford. He's just showing his frustration. Let it be. in some ways, he does have a point... Why do you need to waste your precious time, money and resources to burn. Sources of cheap & affordable High Definition movies are here in LYN itself. Get a proper BD player and get yourself a HT in order to enjoy your Blu-ray movies. If no HT, no problem, still can enchoyyyyyy... over here, we do - discuss the titles we bought or are gonna buy from Amazon or other sites - get excited about it being delivered - get frustrated when it's not - some of us want collectibles found in some BD packages - we (well, ok.. I speak for myself) sure do enjoy opening each case and looking at some of those contents and booklets and reading the back of the cases even at times (even though it's mostly rubbish except for my Digital Copy serial number - we do (well.. me again la probably) load and play the disc enjoying true HD (that's HD video and HD audio) Speaking of which, I do have a cover flow system on my Mac Mini at home as well... To add something which someone else said... QUOTE Some people likes to collect junk He's got a point as well... I remember collecting VHS, VCD and then DVD when I was young (totally skipped that Laser Disc era due to financial constraints). I still have my Star Wars VHS collection at some friend's place who borrowed it and never returned it, and the Star Wars DVD collector's box set lying around somewhere and I just recently dumped 3 container boxes worth of DVDs because I was doing spring cleaning, moving house and also moving on to Blu Ray. Now, I'm praying that there's no HD2 or HD4 because in the end, I'm probably gonna end up... oh well... |

Anyway, its no harm to watch downloaded content, as some wish to do so..we have no rights to stop anyone |

I enjoyed reading this BD Thread here
Before discovery this thread was a pirated DVD buyer but after discovering this thread and some friends influence on HT, I've converted to stop buying pirated DVDs and buying BDs since last year. Already have 100++ BDs collection and counting I really enjoying buying and waiting for it to arrive and opening it. For example 2 of my parcels arrived today and was really happy to receive and opening it Thanks to everyone in this thread for all the updates and informations This post has been edited by chan14: Dec 23 2010, 07:01 PM |

Some movies I also download before buying, don't want to blind buy so much, will be costly if I ended up not liking the movie.

I meant on my TV lah, not through my laptop. LOL. I've seen all the juicy scenes already but skin tones, soft lenses and 70s erotica on my TV would be an interesting experiment

Bro, please take it to PM. Not trying to sound elite and against piracy but it's against LYN.

Bro, that's what makes 70s soft-core so appealing to its time. The only one I'd buy on BD is Debbie Does Dallas, Swedish Erotica and Deep Throat. If any of these three are on BD, I'll buy.
