QUOTE(hammer2020 @ Jan 23 2021, 02:56 PM) I buy for long term. I like monopolies. One day the economy will recover and electricity demand will roar back. Meanwhile, collect little by little while it is cheap. New player with green energy solution will take over tenaga In very short future. That's the way the world is going right now. Tenaga infrastructure in Malaysia is totally different can cannot convert to green. Their success is the obstacle for them. Just like how Nokia failed. |

QUOTE(Pewufod @ Jan 25 2021, 11:52 AM) green or not green, how much of a % do you think malaysia's power composition will be and what will be the impact to TNB ? Starting % is low but once the shift happen it will take over. Same like iPhone when it started in 2009 how many % ppl use smart phone? In just how many years 99% use smart phone? Technology is so rapid now we don't even count in years anymore. if the green infra is not connected to TNB infra, how do you think the green energy will be "sustainable" ? Example now my company just attach the solar thing for the factory already 10% come from solar just simple rooftop thing. |

QUOTE(SunBear1999 @ Feb 6 2021, 07:06 AM) PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): Malaysia will receive a batch of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine a week before the first phase of the national Covid-19 immunisation plan begins on Feb 26, says Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba. Lucky I bought alreadyThe agreement with Pfizer (Malaysia) involves the procurement of 12,799,800 doses of the vaccine that will be supplied from the end of February, covering 20 per cent of Malaysia’s population, with two doses per person. Dr Adham said the vaccine will be received in phases, with 148,000 doses for the first phase. In addition, Dr Adham said the ministry has identified 55 vaccination storage locations throughout the country equipped with ultra-low temperature freezers (ULTF) as the vaccine requires to be kept at minus 70 degrees Celsius. He added that the ministry is cooperating with Tenaga Nasional Bhd to ensure that there is no electricity supply disruption at the vaccine storage locations. Regarding the 600 vaccination centres that will be open throughout the country, Dr Adham said seven personnel, including a medical officer and nurse, will be stationed at each vaccination centre. 600 vaccination centres .....can you imagine the power consumption? 😃😃 |
