Graphics options: 1GB discrete card - no info on model (could be NVIDIA or AMD).

Intel 3000, built into the CPU.
Optical drive: 8X DVDRW, 6X BluRay - Tray Loading
RAM options: 1GB, 2GB, 4GB - all 1333MHz

Added on January 5, 2011, 6:21 pmThe XPS L701X (or more simply known as the XPS 17) is barely out and already there's a replacement coming out.
Meet the new Dell XPS L702X 17" multimedia laptop, which will have either a 3D LCD or Multi-Touch LCD. Unfortunately you can't have both, so you'll have to choose one.
Those who like the Chiclet-style keyboards will be happy to know that it's available with an optional backlight.
Graphics options include NVIDIA GT 440M 1GB or NVIDIA GT450M 3GB, with Optimus technology.
The L702X will be offered with either 2 or 4 memory slots, for a max total of 16GB DDR3.
Here's the specific break-down:
LCD options are as follows:
1. 17.3" 3D LCD, 1920x1080, TrueLife glossy panel, White-LED (to be provided with 3D shutter glasses).
2. 17.3" 2D LCD, 1600x900, TrueLife glossy panel, White-LED.
