i know, still u got to tell them which model rite, any also sometimes they don't give discounts but they prefer to give u free upgrade on certain parts.

how come i nvr realised got this voucher thingy...
where did it show anyway??

eh how much off do u guys get usually when u call.
i called tat day n the CS was willing to give only rm100 off, which i felt was nothing :S

Proud owner of xps 15 . Would like to know how long do I need to charge my new battery

So laptop is unlike camera or laptop in which it is advised to charge them first for (8-10 hrs for example)

I have an old XPS15. I was browsing when suddenly it died. When i try pressing the power button it gives no response. The power cable doesn’t give out any light (blue ring) when i plug into my laptop. When i check online they recommend to press the power button for 20-30s without the battery or power bank and it didn’t work for me. Any idea what happened?
