TS is definitely not fit to be a parent. Which means marrying the girl and raising the baby is out of the question. Which leaves us with either:

1. TS paying child support to the mother and visiting the child every now and then (highly doubt this will happen)
2. Giving the baby up for adoption

Personally I think abortion (insert option no.3 which is illegal here) will be the best choice since there are too many babies up for adoption and too few people who are willing to adopt. No point bringing a child into a world which doesn't want it anyway.
