 Would like share Something, I hate apple service center & product

Today i bring my iPad to mid valley the garden machine there to enquire for repair my iPad, cause i accident drop my iPad, now the power button cannot press already. Then i ask the technician is it possible my ipad can be repair, the technician reply me say iPad CANNOT BE REPAIR he say iPad had no spare part it is only for 1 to 1 change only, even i say I pair for repair fees, he also say cannot, sumore he say I void the warranty cause i drop...i was totally disappointed apple product, i wonder apple so big no ppl can repair ... Pls share this information to every1

Go back to the store and speak to someone in charge. That is just plain crap Customer Service. I don't think the fellow you talked to knew what he was saying. Customer Service these days.... doh.gif

I aso dunno wat to do... Just wan to share wif u all don't drop your iPad, once u drop it mean u VOID the warranty. Even u pay also they won't fix it. So dissapointed

Just go to another Apple Store. Its ridiculous when they come up with those reasons. I think there is a service fee but I doubt you have to pay a significant amount. Assuming your Ipad is only a couple of days old ? Just go and do a typical Malaysia way of asking for replacement. Make a scene in the store. He act like a Malaysian, so you also must act like a Malaysian. cool2.gif

Of course they won't fix la cause u drop that thing... If they are not going to repair for you, you can go other third party shop to repair it.

just tell them suddenly the power button doesn't work anymore..
I agreed with Apple, they do not repair.. they will replace an iPad for u... how nice right ?

so sad la u.. already know malaysian style of helping very bad still say u drop it.. whatever happens always say i use few times oni then cannot on, how? i handled lots of this cases before and so far it works well.. like others said, go to another store and demand for it!!!! Its our rights as the user and consumer!!!

WHY LAH YOU SAY DROP.

but yah, good luck on getting it repaired. but i suspect it would be like iphone oso lah, send to SG, 1 month come back?
