I have receive custom pos laju call, they mention my item being hold by custom and need pay 5% sale tax, but i had check custom that health care product wont be taxed...

and today i call them to check the status they mention my item had send to pharmacy to check... will pharmacy open out my product or jz looking it without open it?

I once ordered some products from Bodybuilding.com and got held up by the custom for up to 2 months before clearance. I suppose they're checking whether the product contains any illegal ingredient and waiting for approval from the Ministry of Health. I believe they will not open up your actual item (the bottle, etc -> they didn't open mine, it was sealed) but they will open the package for inspection.

NOt to worry dude, it's only their formalities which requires them to determine on the ingredients...take note that
the product are DUTY FREE...don't get conned by phone calls, walk in to get further clarification on the 5% taxes....
