the material normal metal iron laa...use to make house gate...

for material try have a look into UltraRacing Struts material

+ tube frame
+ locally made bucket seat
+ compatible with g27,fanatech

Seating position should mimic the real world race car....means very low

Steering position should near the driver ( mimic the rally driver steering position )

The pedals position should mimics Porsche Clubsport edition

if below 400 im a serius buyer

rm400?? u gotta be kidding me... i think lowest can get rm500. seat lagi, airbag lagi

most important also is can adjust seats, height, distance etc

Problem face
1. right now is the hand tide lock screw...this screw is for adjust the frame. this part already search from all hardware here. they don't have. So need to order from KL or ...............2nd option is just use bolt and nut and tide by your spanner.

2. waiting for logitech.. suitable and recommended model g27.. item from KL

3. Seat..off course laa need to people see look nice need to attach with nice seat laa...recaro ke..bride ke...semi or fully bucket..

im using dfgt..no need the gear shifter..lol

pm me if u can make 1 for me..hehehe. looking forward to buy 1 cockpit. MPC racing pack is good but have to wait long time.

For gear braket no problem..it is not fix..can remove and keep it what ever you like..you have the option.

I was thinking to start something the same abt half a year ago, just din really take OFF.

My first comment, is that you should have done it and get ready before the release in Dec, now u miss the boat, any many orders has gone other others. Look at MPC, the que is so long.

Still- nice as u are having small scale production, little overhead.

Hand tight lock screw- Go to those Bicycle shop which sell nice mountain bikes, or racing bick, they should have sell the "Quick Release"- as accessories.
Is this what u looking for?
The screw could be too long, so u might need to modify it.

Also i got a G27 lying idle abt to be sold off.

here the cost..
1-frame only what i budget = rm 500-600 << not conform yet

2-seat what i get the cheapest is wira seat made by SCUSS.com.my cost about =rm 400-500 <<< it is option..u can use your seat ..

3-Steering..i try to use logitect g27 cost me = rm 1000

I got some suggestion...

Why not place the Steering Shaft After the pedal...as in at the end of the frame...Placing the shahft in between your legs not so comfortable if you want to play Drifting style...

Also by having a Shaft in between your legs, will not be comfortable to move in out fast...Also, might crash your knee....i know this not real car but...kekekekkekeke
