Hey guys.
Really need some advise & help here.

I'll be abroad for studies soon. No one will be able to take care of my bunny.
I'm afraid that it'll be mistreated if I'm just giving it out for free. So I'm planning on selling it.
Is it possible to sell it to pet shops? Or perhaps finding an owner here instead?
I just want a good owner for my bunny. She's been with me for 2 years now T_T it's a painful decision. But hopefully by finding her a good owner, she'll be taken care of & someone to accompany her.

Any suggestions?

u don sell your old rabbit to petshop.. if they willing to take it, then ur consider lucky.. furthermore, please pay them some $ because they need spend $ to feed your old rabbit

i never heard ppl asking for $ because scare cannot find good owner....

donate out your cage , everything to that person who willing take care of your rabbit

that the best u can do and again, please don take $.... your rabbit will be sad of your action
and we might suspect of your motive...since normally ppl give away their pet does not expect anything in return especially $

ps
i just give away almost $800 tonight (cage, accessorizes, hay, pellet, 2 rabbit) to pet shop.
in return, they promise to take care.they wont sell it but display at their shop for kids to play.

In my opinion, if someone gets something for free, they tend to take advantage of it.
If you purchased something, for example, a gadget, for the money you paid, you'll definitely look after it with care if it's a pricey one, right?
I think my bunny would feel even sad if I'm just giving her away for free.
Anyway, that's just my own thought.
Selling to a petshop would be my last option as I have seen too many mistreated animals in petshops. I dont want my bunny to be one of them. Plus, she's used to having a garden to run around. In a petshop, are they going to let her run around? Definitely not I presume.

post in the adoption thread..i'm sure many parties would be interested to take in your rabbit =)

d thing is, I'm not putting it up for adoption. It's for sale. So it'd be misleading to post it there. Thanks anyway =)

Thanks for understanding cry.gif

Initially I'm only seeking opinions here. What better place than a topic which was created specially for rabbit lovers right

yellow.hunter where is your location??
in my opinion..it doesnt matter if u sell it or give out for adoption..u just have to find the right person (an animal lover)...i agree with vincentwee...when u give/sell ur rabbhit...give the stuff also...so that at least ur rabbit can feel a bit 'at home'....
i hope u'll find a good owner...
i myself is in the process of adopting a rabbit...very excited!!!

not consider bringing your rabbit along with you?

Wished I could cry.gif
but I'll be staying in d hostel. They dont allow animals.
& I doubt I have time for her.
Instead of only spending time with her when I'm free, I'm hoping to find someone who could spend more time with her & give her as much love & attention which she deserves.
