try to search out for home breeders and check for cleanliness. I recommend home breeders because there has been many bad experiences shared to me in the past regarding the following:

1. rabbit are "harvested" from the farms/mills below 8 weeks (to retain cuteness and attraction factor). Most are unlucky and may not survive.
2. they may claim to be pedigree but the most you will probably get a unrecognized 2 generation pedigree.
