LYN bro n sis, need ur help here. i m planning to renovate my house DSH located at puchong,Reno included extension front n back,ground n 1st floor,and balcony,tats all.

As I know now they do not hav the pre approved plan any more,for all Reno we need to get architect to draw the plan,submit n get approval from MPSJ. Any one here got any recommend architect? and for my reno I need engineering job as well. I did look for some architect from the list of panel given by MPSJ, i got quote rm2900 for architect + engineering work, rm1000 for alam flora (refundable), total 4k include approval n CCC after Reno done..is the price reasonable? or any one can provide any contact?tq so much..
