some successful.....some no....but i think some mistake by me (noob) i see the ramdisk.tar not update.
i use openrecovery, put the update.zip in folder updates dan apply update in openrecovery (several apply but still fail)

hey ppl, want to ask how long does ur 720 last per full charge? i set flight mode at night, and quite light use in the day (about 20 sms, 2-3 calls), can only last 48 hrs max estimate. is it normal?

#open cmd then go to c:\android\android-sdk-windows\tools

# type reboot bootloader ( now your phone in fastboot bootloader )

# type fastboot boot boot.img .
you can check your kernel @info setcpu..then can grab swapper from market to enable swap.
##make sure you create swap partion before run this kernel.

You mean after reboot then need to re-activate the swap is it?

i just use khal's v3 files and direct flash to 2.2 ley   (with openrecovery)

never go back 2.1, so donno need sbf files haha.

but u still need sbf for warranty if your phone hv problem later.... ..

how u boot into recovery mode...you can try reboot from adb if fail with the button...actually to boot open recovery just hold the volume up button only once moto logo appear on screen ..

khal, how to see my ext3 space is used up by my app2sd apps?

so if i do a clean install of v3 the apps will not auto go to ext3 unless i create a app folder inside?

if so how do i create the folder?
