I have checked and there is no dalvik-cache in /sd-ext except a lots+found folder. What could be causing the random reboots?

my v3 quafrant is 1200+ oc to 1ghz.

btw my battery rise and drop in 10% increments... is it normal? i thought it shud be 1% 1% like that...

When I update to v3, do I have to start from scratch?

Can I just use restore in nandroid?
And if I do so, do I have to reformat ext3?

i had problem since rom v2 & v2 update, i can't import my contacts from sim card ....another thing is speed not 'fast' compare to xthoneycomb..eventhough after fresh install...xthoneycomb can get more than 1100+ compare to v2 update <1100 in quadrant with std stock speed.... but xthoneycomb 'lack' of memory (thats problem)....i'll will try v3 tonite.....if can solve

I already got the ext3 and swap partrition from previous app2sd.

is this the steps ?

- openrecovery Nandroid restore Xtmiuioptimized
- wipe data/ factory reset
- rebooot.

What is the difference between V3 and V3 including MIUI ?

bro khal..i have try upgrade to V3 Miui...but i have problem when finish upgrade with nandroid.....the problem is my phone being can't install the apk file biger than 10MB can you tell me how to install apk biger than 10MB or 42 mb...example i try to install angrybird rio 15MB and allways show this "application not installed" but when i downgrade to 2.1 stock it succes..please help me...

Yes, this is the only Official MIUI released.
XDA-developers only mirrored its release by its fans. So it is a bit outdated from orig MIUI.

The correct way to flash MIUI belows.

Requirement:
1. G.O.T v2.2.1 leaked rom.
2. OpenRecovery v1.46/ Androidini OR v3.3(based ORv1.46)
3. RSDLite v4.6
4. Motorola USB Driver for Windows x86/x64 (x86/x64 seperated version depends your Windows, currently v4.9)

Steps: (Backup your data/ sync to Gmail and be sure enough battery charged before upgrade, all data in phone will be wiped. Software Backup you could use Titanium Backup)
1. Install USB Driver and RSDLite.
2. extract OR files to your SD root, and copy MIUI .zip files to \\SDCard\OpenRecover\Updates\ after that.
3. Power off your phone.  hold ↑ + POWER to load into Bootloader.
4. connect phone to your PC USB, wait until driver installed correctly.
5. Open RSDLite, should see the device connected. Start Flash with G.O.T. v2.2.1 rom as base rom. Patient to wait until finish Flashed and phone finish reboot and able to enter Android, that's G.O.T v2.2.1. RSDLite would show "PASS".
6. Power off your phone, hold "x" + POWER until saw "M" logo, then pressed VOLUME UP + Camera, you will see △ and able to load OR now.
7. choose "2. Apply SD updates".
8. goto "Apply updates" and now choose the MIUI .zip files. Until it shows "SD Installation completed", wipe Dalvin-cache if you wish.

Then Walla, you are now on MIUI.....    But still in Chinese.

go http://www.miui-dev.com/roms/  to download the English Pack file.
copy the Language Pack .zip file to \\SDcard\OpenRecovery\updates  too

Again boot your phone to OR(refer step 6 above). "Apply Updates" again.
This time choose the Language Pack and install.

Walla... Now your MIUI in English already.

hey ppl, just now i use the batt so low till it turns off by itself, now when i plug in usb, the phone wont start... only the bottom 4 buttons are lit. is it bricked or shud i wait for longer?
