Hi,

Can one disable the conservative governor?

How to do it?

Sometimes when I am watching youtube videos, the video hanged or stopped responding.

I suspect the governor is the culprit.

Is minfree still working in this build? Can we disable it?

After applying the v3 update, do we need to wipe any data? My installation is successful but I don't see any performance increase. Using Root explorer, I saw that the minfree file is dated August!

Bro, how much and where you bought your card? How is the performance on our phone?
*
Mine cost about $30 usd from usa.

Performance wise not much improvement, as Khal mentioned he was using class 2 sd card, I think the ROM is the more important factor.

hi guys, got wifi issues here after applying v4 update. connected but connection error with all internet based apps. any suggestion?

update:
Restore v4 full rom, wifi ok for a while, then suddenly not working. doh.gif

I have the same problem. Initially I had this problem a week before and I sent in my phone for repair. The tech guys did a software reset and everything was ok.

So I flashed to v4 and oops the problem is here again.

Maybe its something to do with Froyo?

Copy to \system...reboot

Its the same with this new prop. Thanks for the effort though.

I did a search with Froyo wifi issues and it seems that a lot of phones have this problem with no known solution too. Weird.

Hi,

Should I use Milestone overclock together with Setcpu or can only use one at a time, which is better?

Hi Khal,

After more research, it seems that the wifi issue is a bigger problem with froyo than I thought.

These links are some fixes and I hope you can adapt it to your ROM please to help us out please.
