Does anybody know how to turn off 3g data?. Everyday the phone download updates perhaps. It cost me with the bill. somebody help me. even my bill also increase because of that laaa. So frustrated

I have this weird problem with my phone. I have issues with a certain "auto-back" problem with apps like whatsapp, facebook app, handcent SMS.The problem occurs when i launch the app, facebook for example. Then i tap on "Updates" and it goes to "Updates" for awhile and the app moves back as if i press on the "back" button onto the previous page.

The same happens for whatsapp and handcent. However, these problems occurs randomly thus sometimes i haf to launch the app a few times before it actually runs without auto-backing itself out. The problem only occurs on these 3 apps. sometimes CHOMP sms too.

Anyone has similar issues? I am currently on Starhub firmware with JIT and apps2sd enabled. I am overclocking and also running SetCPU. but it seems to running without OC and SetCPU dun really help. The same issues also plagues the phone on the US CBW ROM.

I would appreciate any help from anyone.

I loved my xt but the sms problem is driving me mad. Even I flash back to stock rom without app2sd, jit, build.prop etc etc. Still getting the problem. And yes, the only time it blocked my sms is when my phone is on for a whole day and open up app that is between 10-20mb or more. Since I have over 100mb internal left, the only thing I can think of is the limited free ram Just for an advise, don't go for android phone with 256mb ram. Apparently it blocked your sms for no reason. What gives?!?

It's a sales strategy...Moto wants ppl buy their new model..

Spec wise should be able to support froyo...BUT no official release from Moto means this phone is as good as dead now..
