Hi, can somone please help me

Recently my streamyx frequently gets disconnected. It was "better" (only occasionally) a few months ago.

It seems like everytime i open something like photoshop or when i pick up the phone, i get disconnected. i also experience more disconnections when i use opera compared to firefox. Weird, right?

I am using an old aztech DSL306U modem. is the modem the cause of the problem?
