hi guys, i using the ZXDSL 831 modem and find that my BT download speeds are quite slow recently (10-30kbps), below is the upstream and downstream data for my modem, it's showing 4608 for 'down' and 896 for 'up', is this normal for my 1Mb RM88 package ?



should i do port forwarding for this modem ? (will it help in increasing the speed ? ), i've done the prot forwarding for the previous modems but for this one i'm a bit of confused on where to set it, i tried the method posted previously in this thread but it didn't work (the setting to router guide)-->http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=253144
