Guys,

i have problem with the streamyx connection. my SNR margin is between 0-15dB for downstream and 15-23dB for upstream, while my line attenuation is 56dB for downstream and 35dB for upstream.

i only get internet connection if i remove the telephone handset from its base. If i put back to its base, the SNR margin will go down up to -0.7dB and subsequently loss.

i believe it is a cabling faulty from TM since my phone line is over 15 years. Should i complain to TM for the cabling replacement or any other ways to rectify this problem?
