i just subscribed to streamyx 4mb package and i just want to know if the speed i read in Tmnet Speedometer is the justified one? When i test run the broadband speed using the DSL Speedtest website , i discover that the speed of downloading from other countries such as USA cities were only 2mb plus. Is this normal for such packages? When Streamyx said 4mb , i would expect anything to be at 3Mb or slightly higher but the overseas downloading is only 2mb plus.


I like to know or heard third party opinion whether as a customer of 4mb package, we were shortchanged or not meeting the standard? Are we able to get rebate if proven that the actual download speed is less than 3mb and we are paying something for 4mb.

Can some one explain to me what i should do and whether this wasnt the problem for other users. that's mean easily can get 3mb even if download from other cities.
