SNR means the stability of ur connection, it does not have anything to do with ur connection speed. connection speed depends on latency and bandwidth.
davidsk2002 : should be quite stable..maybe 1 day 1-2 times dc......are u connecting directly to ur phone port?
amenlo9: hehe..thats the common cause
.
below is my modem readings....my snr values are low....but i never get disconnected from streamyx....but recently i've been suffering from slow speed...even when tested on the tmnet speedometer....the snr values wont affect the speed? then that means there are other problems causing the slow speed instead of the low snr value? i am using the 1mbit package but is getting around 600-700+kbps speed when tested on the tmnet speedometer....davidsk2002 : should be quite stable..maybe 1 day 1-2 times dc......are u connecting directly to ur phone port?
