i m paying RM 66 a month.

My Network connection status showsn speed is 2mb.

TM speed test shows ~400kbps dwnload, ~40kbps upload

This line/acc is rarely used. But ever since i start light torenting last week, speed become noticeably slow.

Since yesterday, i'm having frequent disconnection. My download SNR as per TM wifi modem is below 10dB most of the time, never above 15, upload is between 20 n 30.

So, what should i do? I dont intend to call 100 n talk nonsense. Prefer to identify the problem first.
