What to do when I can't enter the modem page? I have zte 831.. tried all the password and tried to reset it(how to properly reset it?), still not working :/...

I call the 1-300-* number... then yesterday someone call me and said they already reset it, but the speed still the same...
 How? |

Made another report today. They pickup very fast this time, no waiting.

The guy on the phone said they'll have to check with the DSLAM(or something) thing.. |

Call them up on Tuesday, then yesterday(wednesday) they check the port and set it properly
 My line is back to normal now |

Call them up again and tell them that you already did the troubleshooting stuff. They then should reset the port.
Should tell them to check the port at your place too(DSLAM thing). I had to call them up 3 to 4 times before they get it done. But it's worth it |
