But i'm also having frequent disconnections for almost a month aldy. I've called them for countless times, they asked me to set the DNS address, changed my port, do a direct connection, technician even came up to change my modem and such. The problem is still not fix. According to the technician, my line is very beautiful with very high SNR (>30) and low attenuation (about 0.5). Now they said they told KL side to monitor my connections for 3 days to find out the problem.
Any ideas? I'm using Billion modem from streamyx btw.
