i`ve been using streamyx for 3 years plus for home and my office.
i think started 6 month ago my connection keep lost its data...which means the data led either become red or no light while my dsl keep blinking(means keep calling)
Is this some of streamyx way to promote unifi?This problem started to come arise when i receive few call from streamyx asking me to upgrade my subscription to unifi but i refuse and i get this kind of problem alot.In 1 week i might get 2 to 4 dc case and sometime 1 day i will get 3 to 4 times dc....ZZZZ
i`ve called to streamyx but no one can answer me what is my problem.ZZzzz(this service provide by them but dont know what answer????)HALLO wake up streamyx this is not the way of promoting your unifi.

technician suggest me to change the telephone cable over the ceiling ( from the pillar outside to phone) , they said that is not in TM's business, have to call private contractor or they can change for me personally at RM80 :S i decide not to change at last becoz a friend of mine said he have same problem as well
