I bought a blackberry casing on Ebay on the 26th October and still havent received it yet. I contacted the seller asking why I havent received it and the seller said he had already sent it. however, he is willing to send it again so I asked him to send it one more time on the 23rd November. Sadly, I STILL havent received it! I know the seller had already sent it twice, he is very reliable and he gets good ratings from all of his customers. so I'm sure this has something to do with POS Malaysia, delaying my casing delivery. I've also read a lot of posts saying that POS Malaysia handles stuff that people order from ebay badly and they get their stuff super late and even sometimes, they dont get their stuff at all.

Now all I'm asking is how can I find my casing/parcel ? Am i supposed to contact the POS Malaysia? or go to the Post Office? If so, what should I say to them? I dont have a tracking number btw. sad.gif

So far, my experience with Ebay has been pleasant - Pos Malaysia never fails to deliver, hehe.

I suggest you wait for a while since he sent it on the Nov 23rd, sometimes first class mail takes about 3 - 4 weeks. I had an item sent on Nov 18th and just received it today. If it still hasn't arrived in 4 - 5 weeks, then you can contact the seller and if he's willing to send it again, you have the option of paying for USPS International Priority Mail, which can be tracked.

You know you should state what type of shipping your seller used. You can't just simply put the blame 100% on POS Malaysia. Your item could get lost somewhere else. If you used first class mail (standard shipping) that doesn't have tracking there's always a high chance that the item can get lost. And I don't think your parcel arrive in Malaysia yet. Because once it arrive if the Kastam don't detain your parcel you should receive it soon. If Kastam detain your parcel you should receive a letter from the Kastam. You should also take note that standard shipping usually takes 3-5 weeks and sometime more. In your case your first parcel might got lost but for your second parcel you should give it 2-3 more weeks. From my experience sometimes nearing Christmas can cause some delays so your parcel might be late than usual. If you go to post office without tracking info it is very difficult for the post office personnel to help you out.

Depends on the buyer....if the buyer wants cheaper shipping then standard shipping comes without tracking. Tracking option will come at additional cost and unless buyer willing to op for EMS shipping or tracking then sell international seller will usually just use cheapest shipping. However some sellers who are extra careful with international buyers will make it compulsory for their buyers to ship using EMS.
