nothing is ported over from old saves. everyone starts from nothing in mhp3

however theres a few bonus things that u may get for importing an old save

on the patch i know nothing

Try out barioth sa on ice weak stuff like peco, jinouga, hapurubokka or.....lol great furogi for something really easy

Bringing along dung bombs on high rank quests is like a must to chase away extra bosses.

As for the rank 4 upgrade of shin yukumo sa, 上質な毛皮 is high quality pelt, just slaughter some high rank kelbi or anteka and carve em

yeah..all hank rank got 2 boss rite??..but i simply fite..ignore the other boss..keep dodge when their attack..bulldrome in high rank got new skill..charge non stop..now it really look like babi..i was like rofl when see that skill for 1st time and lost focus on naruga..haha..it dem funny

high rank= enemies got new attacks
if got 2 monsters and u dont want such a bother, throw dung at one of them and they will leave.

not all of the quests require you to fight 2 monsters at the same time.

What is low level armor i should use I am using gunlance

stuff with guard effectiveness and longer weapon sharpness or cannon would do. but low level cant get these together in 1 set easily. best u can have is guard effectiveness on bolboros set with a few other skills. but i think more than enough. with the GE, u can pierce and shoot any monster to their mama easily.

well i can suggest you hunter armor for starting,
after that you can hunt for Agnaktor armor
for guard +1, Sharpness + 1, possible expert +3
upgrade the armor for Agnaktor armor

I really hate farming for monster broth...

Can't we just have more in the rewards?

well you could try 4 group finish off one monster

i still donno where to get monster broth...lol
