Dear All, wandering does Technip offer good benefits like better insurance, medical & allowances?

I just got an offer from Technip Tanjung Langsat as a Technical Buyer. Right now I'm working in a French oil & gas firm with the same post. Having a hard time to make a decision.

Technip is our client also a French company. But I don't know is it a good choice?

Current Company, well not as big as Technip but here I'm free to what ever that I want. The boss never care how I do my job as long as it's complete..wore slipper to work, facebook youtube all the day, eat nasi lemak in front of PC also not a problem..plus I got my own office.
