Non tech role is pretty low for SLB especially now, you're better off where you are at if you're looking at only pay. If you look at experience and a big jump later, you need to slog some years and hopfully with enough exposure you'll get where you want to go. I left SLB after 3 1/2 years and a promotion.. I'm now with an operator, turun pangkat but higher pay..Lessons learned from a service company is priceless, but pay pack and benefits, no one beats an operator.
