I've been in O&g nearly 4 years..since I graduated..I'm quite new in this forum / thread..might be overlooked somewhere..But I think we got only a little group among us that has more than 7 yrs in o&g..

my boss (expat) said this almost everyday to me..engineer only has two paths in their career..especially in o&g..if u are in PMT, than most possibility u'll end up as a manager / director / or leading post in managerial...If u are in design / structural / or technical side..u'll end up being a specialist..so start from our first day in career, we must choose..where we want to go..yes money is 1 thing but exp always paired with money..
