My friend is using this phone, played with it for quite a while (cyanogenmod 2.2) and I find it really good for its price tag.

For such a cheap price you can get such a good android phone. With it being HVGA, 3D games will work really nicely and almost all apps can be used. Heck, my HTC Legend is the same processor and screen resolution, and it used to cost RM1999 when I bought it. doh.gif

The main reason why so many roms are out for this apparently unknown phone is that this CSL one is just a version of one phone. The ROM made for one of them can be compatible with another, which basically aggregates the amount of ROMs available for this fella.

Just look, a version of gingerbread for this fella already. biggrin.gif

No need to install Google Apps.

Download latest SuperBler 4.1 here.

Go to backup/restore and select nand backup first. Make sure you have at least 1GB of space free in your sdcard before you do so.

i have backup my rom by using rom manager by pressing ( backup current rom ) and its done . wat should i do now ? should i press ( partition SD card ) ? or straight install rom from sd card ? i am new to root and flash =x

Does the ROM you want to install have app2sd? If it does, you should partition the SD card. But you must reformat the memory card first if you do so.

Hmm.. I don't have a MI300 so I don't know about this ROM sweat.gif Need to wait for another user's reply. Sorry I can't help you any further. doh.gif

About the format sdcard though, its recommended to get a 1GB EXT3 partition and format it using the pc.
