flashed to Phantom 2.5 this eve..
really nice rom..
battery life is superb..

can play NFS shift also..
which CM7 cannot
so highly recmended using this rom.

SUT failed during updating to Phantom rom! Arghhh!

Anyone that successfully updated their rom using nb0, can you guys post your method?

Not having any success so far.

EDIT 2:Tried again on Windows 7. Yes it works! Your tips is working phyz! Here's step by step procedure.

download s.u.t and install on windows...
1) off phone.
2) put phone to download mode which is press and hold hang up button ( red dash) + vol up + power button
notice that black background screen with words saying download=1
3)open sut and plug usb connector to pc and phone..
4)click next
5))s.u.t program will say phone connected
6)browse for the nbo file. small bar below, select clear data
then program will start flashing...phone will reboot by itself...dun disturb the phone, if program say update failed, repeat step 3-6

im still new to android phone ...what is root...? how the whole process goes?

its mean i have to root it to go to version 2.2 and find the apps2sd and download it?

although i think i know wat is root but i still had no idea how the whole things should go...?

Here's an update guys...

1. From CM7 to Firetrap, I've finally stuck on Phantom 2.25 (14-02-2011)
2. Phone is really stable, never hangs and is always super smooth in executing all tasks.
3. Set CPU to Auto manage.
4. Using ES Task Manager when all apps and unneccessary services closed (using auto kill one touch widget on screen) I get about 90mb memory on average.
5. Using the Sunglobal 1800mah battery bought at lowyat for RM30. With average usage i.e. phone calls, sms, some browsing, you tube and games I get close to 48 hours battery life.
6. Just did a quadrant benchmark and the result is 727 which is alright I suppose?
7. Disk usage seems high though from system apps but can remove using Root Manager which comes with the ROM.

Overall very happy with the phone besides the camera which I think is alright under good lighting conditions. It's a bit slow though the camera. Video is quite acceptable IMO. For RM599 it's a steal I would say
