may I ask that, compare to audit department in big 4, how is the tax department or assurance or risk?

what is the gap of salary between different departments?
or precisely what is the salary offered to a fresh grad (ACCA student in final stage -waiting result)?

apart from that, how is the promotion process different from audit? as I know almost each year audit staff can get promoted.

if can, I would like to know those things above based on Penang and KL. thanks
